musicnotesの退会方法（アカウント削除）を紹介します。
musicnotesは、退会しようと思っても、退会ページが見つからないため、問い合わせ窓口から申請します。
やり方は簡単です。
以下のURLから、次のようにリクエストを申請します（執筆時点）。
https://help.musicnotes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
こちらで、E-mailアドレスを入れ、それから、件名の欄で『Payment, Billing and Account Questions』を選択、次の欄で『Account Questions』を選択します。
オーダーナンバーには、N/Aを入力します。
問い合わせのタイトル（Subject）に、delete account と入力し、詳細（Description）には、please delete my account.と入力します。
他の入力欄は適当に埋めましょう。
そうしてリクエストを送信すると、つぎのようにメールが返ってきます。
